Paris prize terms & conditions

Eligibility 

The weekend to Paris prize (“The Prize”) is open to any City Pantry customer who fulfils and has delivered three (3) orders or more in the month of November 2018 outside of a meal plan. Winning the prize is contingent on fulfilling those requirements.

Entry period 

To be considered as a potential winner of the prize, three (3) or more orders must be placed between 1st November 2018 and 30th November 2018. Orders placed after the end period will not be counted. The winner will be chosen at random on 3rd December 2018.

Notification and requirements of potential winners 

Once the winner is chosen, City Pantry will aim to notify the winner within three (3) business days. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days after the notice is sent, City Pantry will select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from all remaining eligible customers. Only three (3) alternate winners will be contacted. If not used, the prize will expire on 31st December 2019.

Prize 

One (1) prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen for the prize. The prize winner will be able to choose one (1) companion to accompany them on the trip. The prize is subject to availability and dates the winner is available, however in an instance where one of the packages is unavailable, City Pantry will endeavour to offer a similar prize of similar value.

Prize includes 

Two (2) standard-class return tickets on the Eurostar train from London to Paris, the outbound on a Friday and the return on a Sunday, with dates and times subject to the winner’s availability. One (1) double room for two (2) nights at Hotel Paradis Paris. Lunch or Dinner (subject to availability) for two (2) at 58 Tour Eiffel. The meal at 58 Tour Eiffel is up to the value of one hundred and fifty pounds (£150). Any additional costs over £150 must be covered by the winner. Fifty pounds (£50) spending money per day for two (2) days (Saturday and Sunday), equating to one hundred pounds (£100) total.

The prize does not include

  • Travel insurance or any other insurance policy
  • Any additional costs outside of those mentioned
  • Any extra activities not listed above

Prize conditions 

Insurance is not provided as part of the prize. It will be the prize winner's and any travelling companion's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

The prize winner and any travelling companions must have and maintain valid passports with expiry dates no less than six (6) months following the proposed dates of travel or such other duration as may be required by any relevant regulation. These passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to prizewinners and/or their travelling companions. We shall not be responsible for ensuring your ability to travel to your holiday destination nor for any additional costs incurred should you be refused entry.

City Pantry will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or their travelling companion (if applicable).
