Sutton and Son’s Fish and Chips at Boxpark | Mon 16th Feb - 6 months
The award-winning Sutton & Sons is renowned for the freshness of its fish that is responsibly sourced – it couldn’t be batter. To celebrate National Chip Week, Sutton & Sons of Stoke Newington is opening at Boxpark in Shoreditch for 6 months or so. Pancake Only Shrove Tuesday at Tom’s Kitchen | Tues 17th Feb
It’s nothing but pancakes at Tom’s Kitchen who will be offering sweet and savoury pancakes all day– the perfect choice this Shrove’s Tuesday. The menu at Tom’s Kitchen includes delicious specials such as the Buckwheat & Wholemeal Pancakes with spiced honey roast pumpkin and grated courgette, and the Ricotta Pancakes with apple raisin compote and vanilla mascarpone. Craft Beer Rising 2015 at The Old Truman Brewery | Thurs 19th - Sun 22nd Feb
Craft Beer Rising, the beer festival specifically dedicated to new craft brewers, returns to the Old Truman Brewery in Spitalfields for four days. Split over five sessions (two on Saturday), the festival will host some great breweries with their own stands, including Beavertown, Brewdog, Camden Town Brewery, plus street food from Fleischmob, Prairie Fire BBQ and others.
