United Ramen’s Thanksgiving Turkey Ramen Dinner in Islington | Thu 27th Nov


United Ramen, who started off doing pop-ups, and now have their own permanent restaurant at 105-106 Upper Street N1 is holding a special ticketed Thanksgiving dinner at its restaurant this year. Porky’s BBQ for USA’s national holiday Thanksgiving on Thursday 27th November. We’ll be chowing down on red pepper & corn chowder with cornbread followed by smoked turkey leg with collard greens, mash and gravy. Foodies Festival Christmas | Fri 28th-Sun 30th Nov


Foodies Festival Christmas sees a range of culinary activities take place in the enchanting surroundings of the Old Truman Brewery, with London’s top chefs cooking live in a new open air Chefs Theatre for all to enjoy. As well as traditional mince pies, mulled wine and roast chestnuts, the festival boasts a huge selection of new features including a Whiskey Arena with a range of whiskeys and malts for sale and a Ski Bar serving après ski cocktails, off-piste snacks including crepes and toasties and live DJs to create a chilled out St Anton vibe. Southbank Centre Winter Festival | Now until 11th Jan


Alongside its array of festive shows and performances the Southbank Centre will be celebrating the coldest season with a fistful of fun pop-ups and activities. The annual Christmas Market will be bigger and better than ever, there'll be a Scandinavian Lodge courtesy of Rekorderlig Cider, the Christmas Tree Café will be serving treats for all ages.
