Here’s City Pantry’s selection of exciting events taking place over Halloween!
Kerb’s Halloween Hellraiser
Kerb are celebrating Halloween on Friday the 1st November with their Halloween Hellraiser event at King’s Cross. Expect the usual tasty line up of great food but with a spooky twist. The event kicks off at 6pm, ends at 11pm and of course there is fancy dress, so ‘dress to kill!’ Special themed menus available such as Bloody Mess Pizzas from Well Kneaded Dough, Blood Noodles from Fliesch Mob and Frankenstein Fingers from BBQ Lab! Expect a transformation of frightening food trucks and beware of the creepy cooks. Celebrate Halloween the right way with spectacular food and beer in your favourite fancy dress outfit.
Wandsworth Common Halloween Beer Festival
Over on Wandsworth Common there is a Halloween beer festival starting from the 30th October and lasting for a few days until the 2nd November. Wednesday is a special preview night with Halloween themed food and beer from 6-11pm and the following days last from 1-11pm. This annual festival includes special breweries and hosts a large variety of ales and ciders, but also some wine if you fancy.
Spooky Spaghetti Night
This quirky event is open to a select few so be quick to book up your place for an intimate Halloween affair. It takes place on Poole Street near Shoreditch and promises to be an awesome event that is very different to most things going on. Christabel offers a 3-course meal of delicious Halloween treats such as Black ink squid spaghetti. If this tickles your taste buds make sure you book up for Halloween night from 7.30 to 11.30pm.
The Haunted Tea house
This is another great event taking place on Halloween night from 7 till 11pm over in Vauxhall. This is a guaranteed interactive experience with a number of ghost stories and spooky tales being read throughout the evening in and around the customers! And of course there will be a delicious 3-course meal for you to tuck in to. Don’t miss out on this theatrical Halloween fuelled dinner!
Real Food Fest
Perhaps Halloween isn’t your thing, we have another Real Food Festival to tell you about over on Southbank. It takes place from the 1st-3rd November between midday and 8 in the evening from Friday to Saturday and till 6pm Sunday. This festival sources some of the best food traders with over 30 to choose from and also provides you with a number of craft beers, wines and cocktails. If you missed the last fest in August, make sure you keep your diary open for these few days! This is the last time this year to experience the great street food of this festival.
